Custom PVC Membership Cards

Our PVC Plastic Membership Rewards Cards are the perfect solution for your customer loyalty or membership program cards, as they are fully customizable to reflect your brand. These cards are constructed out of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic to make them resistant to wear and tear. 

Another printing option is our composite laminated Plastic VIP Cards cards.

Card Thickness:
<strong>30 mil:</strong> Standard credit cards are 30 mils thick, and is the best choice for custom gift cards, fundraising cards and rewards cards.<br><br><strong>20 mil:</strong> is more ideal for business cards and insurance cards.
Magnetic Stripe Type:
Magnetic Stripes are strips that store data on the back of a card. The data on the strips is readable when the card is passed through a POS reader.<br><br> Three types of Mag Stripes are available. HiCo, MidCo and LoCo. <strong>HiCo</strong> stands for High Coercivity (2700 upto 4000 Oe) and <strong>LoCo</strong> stands for Low Coercivity (300 Oe), indicating the density of the magnetic particles in the stripe, LoCo is standard.
Mag Stripe Encoding:

Mag Stripe data can be encoded onto the card during the printing process or left blank to be encoded by you.
Signature Panel:

Signature Panel or a matte laminate finish on back of the card that is writable, mostly used for card holder signatures.
Barcode or Numbering:

Barcodes contain encoded data such as account number and/or card holder info that is only readable by a POS scanner.
Variable Data:

Variable Data refers to any card data and imaging that is different from card to card such as barcodes, member names, pin & account numbers, sequential or random numbers, and other variable information printed.
Scratch Off:
Scratch off panels are used to conceal PIN numbers or other data that should remain hidden until the card is purchased, <br><b>common uses are:</b> prepaid phone cards.
Matte Writable / Gloss:
A matte finish allows the entire plastic card surface to be writable. Ideal for signatures. - By default, our cards are glossy on both sides.
Artwork Versions:
This refers to the number of artwork versions you require for this order. Each card design, front and back, is ONE version. For multiple versions to be placed in one order, they must be the same size, material, finish and thickness.
